atArt現場3當代藝術空間于2007年11月在北京成立。現場3當代藝術空間致力于中國當代文化與實驗藝術的展示及研究計劃，旨在探索和發展文化、藝術在中西方不同語境之間的對話可能性。
現場3當代藝術空間坐落在北京著名的藝術區“酒廠藝術園區”內，面積為280平方米，內設藝術作品展示廳，影像資料收藏及放映室，完備開放的網絡文獻庫。
在展覽計劃之外，現場3當代藝術空間在未來還將支持相關的學術活動與當代文化研究項目。展開的系列學術活動為：學術講座、影像作品放映、現場演出等。
現場3當代藝術空間開幕展《景點》展覽，展覽將從景點的歷史性和當代性來展開論述，并邀請相關視覺作品，特別是本次展覽的十三位參展藝術家，與我們一起重新尋找、觀看、和探討我們生活中的景點。
DuringthemonthofNovember,2007,AtArt3ContemporaryArtSpace,Beijing,officiallyopeneditsdoors.AtArt3isdevotedtobothinvestigatingandrevealingthefacetsofChinesecontemporarycultureandexperimentalart.Thegallery’smaingoalistoexploreanddevelopculture,particularlyamongstthedifferingcontextsandpossibilitiesofEasternandWesternartforms.OnJuly19th,2007,“AttheSceneofElimination:aContemporaryArtProgram,”becamethefirstformalcollaborativeexhibitionandresearcheffortbetweenAtArt3,GuangdongArtMuseum,andtheGoetheInstituteofChina.
AtArt3ContemporaryArtSpaceissituatedinBeijing’snowfamousWineFactory(jiuchang)artdistrict.Thegallery’sinteriorfacilitiescoverapproximately270squaremeters;including,theprimaryexhibitionhall,movieprojectionroom,imagestoragefacilities,andcompleteandunrestrictedwebaccess/documentstorage.
Whennotinvolvedintheplanningofexhibitions,AtArt3intendstosupportthestudyofrelatedartsandcontemporarycultureresearchprograms.Inthefuture,thegalleryplanstocarryoutaseriesofartisticactivitieswhichincludeartlectures,filmshowings,andliveperformances.
